WasItAIGenerated provides AI content detection services for text, images, and audio. The Service uses machine learning algorithms to analyze content and provide detection results. Results are provided "as is" and should not be considered 100% accurate.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not upload content that violates intellectual property rights
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures or abuse the API
• Not use the Service to create, distribute, or facilitate harmful content
• Maintain the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials

4. API Usage and Limitations

API usage is subject to rate limits and usage quotas based on your subscription plan. Excessive use may result in temporary suspension or termination of service.

5. Content and Privacy

7. Payment and Refunds

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of initial purchase.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these terms, illegal activity, or abuse of the system.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WASITAIGENERATED BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
